Abstract :
Traffic accidents have become the world´s worst harm while China is the world´s largest number of traffic fatalities in the world in recent 10 years. One of the main reasons is the drivers´ lack of traffic regulation knowledge. This paper focuses on the correlation between the traffic regulation test and traffic accident, and how to design a more scientific traffic regulation test system. With the support of genetic ideology, we propose a genetic traffic regulation testing system considering the test procedure and examinee´s performance. Experiment shows that it can rather objectively judge level the examinee understanding of traffic regulations.
