Abstract :
The working principle of the single-phase full bridge inverter and the produced method of third-order SPWM wave are discussed. The design process of realizing SPWM based on FPGA (field programmable gates array) is presented. By using the high speed FPGA, the switch frequency of the inverter is increased, and the harmonic content of the output sine wave is reduced. Simulation and experimental results are in positive to the analysis results showing the feasibility of the proposed methods.
