Abstract :
In this work the design procedure of spectral components of a target signal calculation in semiconductor microwaves devices on the basis of functional Taylor series in view of a mode of auto-displacement on resistance of loading is submitted. An accuracy of definition of harmonics of the current formed in the semiconductor diode was estimated. Dependence of allowable amplitude of a high-frequency signal on number of members of functional Taylor series was determined.
