Calculation of modification of width of Doppler spectra

In the work by Stepanov et al. (2004), correlations were given to make calculations of detection characteristics of radar working during an influence of passive noises from volumetrically distributed objects for any radius of correlation of speed wind vector. In the case of low radius of correlation of wind speed vector supposed that resolution element is breaking on a partial volumes, where wind speed vector is constant (radius of correlation of fluctuation of wind speed vector is much more than linear dimensions of partial volume). A correlation of modification of width of Doppler spectra when passive noise power definition is given in this paper.
