In the mode of owned generators power supply system accompanying with electric network running in case conking out of the external electric network, such as lost short-circuits etc and they were handled improperly , the voltage frequency of the generators power supply system will blackout then result in generators´ wearing down, the factory power´s cut and off production, afterwards huge economic losses. Through the researches to the asynchronous oscillation in electrical power system, and comprehensive analysis on the existing out-of-step criteria of asynchronous oscillation and several criteria of reusable work, author then introduces the out-of-step criteria of this equipment, and through checking out the flow direction voltage, frequency and the power of the interconnected external electric network comprehensively, to achieve the control to the out-of-step separation power system and ensure the generators´ power supply normally after the external electric network lost.
