Abstract :
In this article, focusing on privatization in developing countries I will survey the role of state capital and object of privatization, analyze the socio-economic influences in developing countries. Seven countries are selected here, as they are representatives in each continent. They are Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia in Asia, Turkey in Middle East and Mexico, Brazil, Chile in Latin America. In conclusion, I will suggest the new role of the state.
