Abstract :
The proxy chain-like alliance is important management and the basic business model of the plant expansion scale effect. To various proxy to link the bracelet enterprise which are the allies joining in the chain-like main body core enterprise, how to support the rate policy-making decision aided by the management science and the information technology is a development strategic decision question for the main body core enterprise, is also a development plan decision-making question for its alliance shops themselves, and is one the practical applications for intelligent information technology. In this paper, the mechanism, the management games and their algorithms about a chainlike alliance shop pricing based on the principal-agent relationship are discussed and studied, which is favor to realize the rationalization and the scientific of pricing for franchising chain-like agents delegated.
