Abstract :
The results of propagation measurements made at 915 MHz and 1900 MHz inside suburban homes are presented. Data on path attenuation, background noise, and the worst-case rms delay spread of the RF propagation are presented. Results are presented for path attenuation predicted by ray tracing techniques for line-of-sight (LOS) channels within the home. These new data aid designers of residential wireless communication systems
