Abstract :
The estimation of quality of an education system is defined {determined} by the space including functions of training, education, and development. Educational function is the basic means of achievement of the purposes put before the graduate with maximal use. Therefore educational function is the basic characteristic of quality of educational process. Our own vision of the concept of education is represented with innovative work of a creative interuniversity student-teaching seminar.
