Abstract :
Summary form only given, as follows. A Web-based system called DIMEDAS has been developed at the University of Belgrade for cardiology. DIMEDAS is based on the proposed Virtual Medical Worlds standard and utilizes customized templates to present the patient data. The templates have been designed with and by cardiologists. The DIMEDAS environment is presented and its portability to other disciplines is discussed
