  • Abstract
An intellectualized voltage-regulator has been developed. When the tolerance between a setting voltage and power transformer output voltage is greater than the allowable voltage error, the voltage-regulator can control the load tap switch to regulate power transformer primary winding tap location. In this way, a steady power supply voltage can be gained by means of the control with the voltage-regulator in order to ensure electric-equipment reliable operation. The voltage-regulator has a serial communication function with the host computer in a transformer substation. The distributing control system of the power supply can be realized by receiving workshop information and sending the control command to voltage-regulators from the host computer
