Abstract :
There are difficulties about assembling and disassembling and wiring of sensor and so on by using wired data transmission when data is collected in drilling site, in this paper, according to the actual demand of test data of development well in drilling field, the hardware and monitoring test software of drilling site wireless transmission system is detailed design, and one kind of drilling wireless data acquisition system which consist of low power consumption singlechip MSP430 and wireless data transmission chip nRF24L01, is advanced development, thus realizing wireless transmission of dynamic parameters collected in drilling field. Using in drill field shows that the system has simple structure, stable, reliable, high transmission rate, low cost, and low power consumption characteristics, etc, especially suitable for drilling on-site data collection of production well.
