Abstract :
The thesis introduces the overall structure of the electric power monitoring system. In order to solve slow speed and poor real-time of the current system, the thesis focuses on designing the real-time database of the power monitoring system and implements the real-time database of SCADA by referencing to the ideas of Hibernate, and then completes the design.
