  • Abstract
    An intermodulation feedback circuit for linearization of a SSB power upconverter is reported. Design problems are discussed. The experiments are performed with a J-band varactor upconverter yielding 3 W output power at 6.8 GHz. The linearization is 12 dB in a frequency band of 20 MHz.
