Abstract :
On the basis of the suggested original method of an optimization of the law of the smooth variation of phase velocity in the output section, it is shown, that in the optimized variants of the irregular two-section helix TWT technical efficiency of 86% is reached at wave efficiency of 66%. Comparison of various distributions of an irregularity in such TWT is carried out.
