Abstract :
In this paper, an industrial computer control system of 2000 kV HV power frequency testing transformer is presented, by which, a whole testing process can automatically perform according to the testing criterion or the initialization defined by an user. It can carry out power frequency withstand voltage tests and partial discharge tests as well as user-defined tests, and the test accuracy and the efficiency are improved largely due to using an industrial computer as the center of the whole control system. The signals acquisition and process methods are described, and both of the hardware structure and software design are also presented in this paper. The control system has been used for one year with success
