Abstract :
A general method for deriving Volterra functional description of nonlinear networks is presented. The approach used, based on noncommutative generating power series, differs from the nonlinear transfer function one and leads to a simple generalization of Heaviside´s symbolic calculus. Moreover, this method has the advantage of being easily implementable on computers.
