Abstract :
The articles on how to optimize the resources disposition are emerging one after another, since the implementation of the power system reform "separation of power plants from power grids and competitive bidding". All these indicate that further researches and explorations after breaking the monopoly are called for on how to carry on the market operation. This paper formulates and standardizes the supply and demand equilibrium model, and proves that clearing price is the unique continual power transaction through the math\´s principles and economic methods, and deeply analyzes the solution to the model, namely the clearing price, and offers fast calculation to the model, and deals with the technical problems in model operation, which can offer certain significant reference for power suppliers to have a scientific quote.
