            Abstract : 
A Sixport Networkanalyzer working in the frequency range from 90 - 100 GHz is presented. The sixport is especially designed for mm-wave applications. Diode detectors are used as fast power measurement devices. With an IBM PC based system for data acquisition, A/D conversion, error correction and display functions the Sixport setup allows measurements in online speed (90 points/sec). A special sweeptechnique is shown, which guarantees a high frequency stability for short sweeptimes without the need of a synthesizer. The simple error correction enables the PC to correct the sixport errors in on-line speed. Finally experimental reflection and transmission coefficient measurement results prove the good properties of the setup.
