  • Abstract
    Monolithic 2-3 GHz linear dual phase modulators, have been fabricated with a 0.8 ¿m GaAs MMIC process. A 40 dB carrier rejection has been measured which demonstrates the feasability of direct modulation with a transmission gain of about 5 dB.
