Abstract
Internet traffic consists of different types of data, audio, video and/or multimedia traffic. Although such situation is convenient for the end user, it complicates the process of planning and dimensioning of such networks, or Quality of Service support. Hence, we need to provide a network that satisfies the traffic demands of rapidly growing real-time media traffic. In this paper we present simulation analysis of the DiffServ network technology that provides quality enhancement in such real-time networks.
