  • Abstract
    On basis of MMIC´s the low-noise amplifier (LNA) have been developed in frequency band (82...89) GHz. The LNA provides gain 28 dB and has NF about 6.5 dB. On base of this amplifier was designed radiometric module with sensitivity 25 mK/Hz1/2 in total power mode.
