Abstract :
Environment planning development encompasses applied, natural, social and liberal sciences. GIS take advantage of integration mechanism to execute the plan of this magnitude of complexity requires more emphasis on the initial study by people from all involved disciplines. GIS will help ensure engineering quality by integrating the knowledge from these domains and other disciplines. Management can be made easier through sustainable development of technologies. Designer and project planner must consider workers safety as a part of design and planning processes, Green building is defined as human health and comfort based on the pursuit of symbiotic with the earth´s environment and sustainable development. Applicable actions from cloud computing for disaster monitoring, forecast, warning announcement to the disaster prevention of to effectively execute.
