Abstract
MEXCLP is a mathematical model developed by Daskin in 1983. Although this model was developed almost 30 years ago, the extension for this model is still growing. In order to determine the strategic location for mobile ambulance in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia, MEXCLP model is adapted. This paper acted as our pilot study in developing a mathematical model that utilizes MEXCLP model as main references. As a result, we found that three ambulance locations, with two ambulances at each of these locations are able to cover the whole study area.
