Abstract :
The evolution of mobile learning (m-learning) in the twenty first century has produced a remarkable impact on the macro education performance. Research on m-learning were conducted to fulfill the best approach to implement language learning through mobile phone, therefore English language has been chosen to be implemented as a mobile learning application to promote language learning such as idioms and vocabulary. M-Language is design to bestow students a different approach in learning English language based recreation and situation where the M-Language is pertinent. Questionnaires were distributed among the secondary school students and their responses were used to analyses the gap with a view to identify priority area for English language learning development. Therefore, this application expectantly can enhance the enthusiasm and encouragement for students´ development towards English language learning through mobile.
