  • Abstract
    A new method of designing a fuzzy logic controller (FLC) is proposed for DC motors. In the proposed method, the input signals to a class of conventional FLC are modified so that the performance of the overall system can be enhanced. Furthermore, the number of signals to be measured remains unchanged after the modification. Preliminary experimental study validates the effectiveness of the proposed FLC
