Abstract
Live working on transmission lines in the Ukraine was started in the 1940s, subsequently ceased in the 1960s and was resumed in 1982. At present all energy enterprises have sets of appliances and personnel trained for live working. The report includes results of live working safety examination, the issue of human protection from the harmful impact of electromagnetic fields, the accident probability evaluation in live working places, and problems of work organization
