Abstract
From a Hadamard matrix (or H- matrix) of order 4n, a weighing matrix of order 4n and weight 2n is constructed. Due to its simplicity, this construction is easily applicable to Network Security, Information Technology and Electronics & Telecommunication engineering. In this paper, one application of this construction in cryptography is given briefly.
