Abstract
A plastic microdevice is presented to perform ultrasonic particle micromanipulation in flowing suspensions. Sorting processes are carried out by the action of ultrasonic standing waves strategically established across the width of a chip with a microchannel, attached laterally to an ultrasonic actuator.
