Abstract
The paper presents a homodyne Networkanalyzer working in the frequency range from 90 - 100 GHz. The key-element of the Networkanalyzer is an integrated Quadrature Detector as simple and small measurement signal receiver. The Quadrature Detector is designed in Fin-line technique and allows a measurement dynamic range of 50 dB. The full correction of setupand detector errors is described. The system is controlled by an IBH-PC AT and enables one to measure the error-corrected reflection coefficient at 50 frequency points within 1 second.
