Abstract :
In this paper, to stabilize TCP-RED system (TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) network with RED (Random Early Detection) queue management) that can loss stabilities caused by bifurcations and chaos, we proposes an impulsive control method for controlling bifurcations and chaos in the Internet congestion control system. We demonstrate that the control scheme can be used to considerably increase the stable operating regime of the system and enhance the stability of the operating point.
