Abstract
The problem of reliable system design for linear uncertain systems with circular pole index, steady variance index and Hinfin constraints is discussed. A more practical and general model of actuator failures is adopted. Based on linear matrix inequality approach, the consistency theory on circular pole index, steady variance index and Hinfin index is set up. Furthermore, the effective controller design method for linear uncertain systems with consistent indices constrains is provided. A simulation example shows the efficiency and necessity of the design method.
