Abstract :
Ecological water supplement of Xianghai wetlands is definitely necessary since Xianghai wetlands has now faced a serious water shortage threat. However, Xianghai wetlands ecological water supplement is facing a lot of problems in practice, hence the relationship balance of stakeholders in the process of ecological water replenishment becomes the vital factor, this problem soon becomes the hot issues that public concern. This article, based on discussing the necessity of ecological compensation mechanism for Xianghai wetlands water supplement, analyze the compensation subject, compensation object, compensation standard, compensation ways of Xianghai wetlands water supplement , build the ecological compensation mechanism for Xianghai wetlands, provide powerful technical support and scientific basis for establishing an effective wetland ecological compensation mechanism of wetlands water replenishment.
