Abstract :
As the founder of the theory of emergy, more and more scholars use the theory to quantitative analysis human nature, macro-regional environmental resources and the relationship between social and economic value, but for small environmental assessment is still relatively little study. As a study case, Chongqing green space system is analyzed. The results showed that: in 2009, the monetary value of total investment is 36.41×105$, in which the value of renewable energy to the monetary value is 36.41×105$, the value of non-renewable energy sources to the monetary value is 0.16×108$, the value of social investment to the currency value is 12.61×108$. the currency value of total output is 13.8×108$. It can be seen from the data that the total output value of green space system slightly larger than the total value of inputs.
