Abstract
We present the mode-locking operation obtained in the erbium doped fiber (EDF) ring laser by internal phase LiNbO3 bulk modulator. In order to get efficient mode-locking the free spectral range (FSR) frequency of the ring laser was synchronized with the piezoelectric resonance of the electro-optical modulator.
