            Abstract : 
This paper focuses on the problem of guaranteed cost fault-tolerant control for the uncertain systems with time-varying delayed states and controls. Based on the Lyapunov asymptotic stability theory, the linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) are utilized to describe the quadratic stability and robust performance index. A more general and practical model of actuator fault is adopted in this paper.
