Abstract
Readers generally use documentation when they need answers to questions. They must be able to find the answers to these questions easily. The author describes how information mapping addresses these concerns, using the PCS Constitution and Bylaws rewrite as an example. Structured writing, more specifically, information mapping is discussed as a tool for analyzing and presenting information. The author describes: what information mapping is, emphasizing it as a method of analysis rather than a format; how it is used; and the process of information mapping the PCS Constitution and Bylaws
