Abstract :
ISO 9000 is a suite of generic quality standards adopted by the EC as a condition of purchase. Firms who wish to sell to the EC will have to be registered as ISO 9000 compliant. Most manufacturing firms who aspire to compliance have far too little procedural documentation, and what they have is far too complicated ambiguous, and unreadable to meet the standard. The objective is to make quality procedures more readable and unambiguous, more maintainable, and more accessible to registars and employees
