Abstract
Sharing writing responsibilities for a set of manuals between two distinct company sites poses unique challenges. In the authors´ experience, the situation requires clear communication using electronic technology; mutually understood, accepted, and followed agreements; and dedication to teamwork. These result in timely completed manuals, as well as in camaraderie and synergy among members of the team
