Abstract

To balance urban and rural spatial development is an important issue for the planning of new countryside. This article takes the renovation and design of Qingshuixi vellage as an example. Through analysis of current situation, directing problems in the actual analyze and research related policies on the location of settlements in the new countryside planning, explore new construction mode rural human settlement planning in the new countryside construction and effectively reduce land demand in the construction of new countryside, rural ecological environment destruction and other issues.
