Abstract
An efficient numerical technique to study the signal propagation delay and crosstalk developed in crossing interconnections has been developed. The model has been built to study GaAs-based VLSICs, but can be adapted to study other semiconductor materials. The code has two function calls, one each for propagation delay and for crosstalk. The main program calls each of these functions to compute the required quantities. The various line parameters have been made global. The code is constructed in a manner which enables the user to study the dependence of delay and crosstalk on any of the line parameters. The algorithm is given
