            Abstract : 
For measurement noises, time-delay of CCD tracker and maneuvering target model uncertainty in TV tracking system, the current statistical model is utilized to model the acceleration of the unknown target motion. H∞ filter algorithm based on acceleration non-zero mean value time-correlation model is adopted for state prediction of TV tracking maneuvering targets. Some simulation and experimental results are presented to verify the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed method in overcoming model change and stochastic measurement noise.
