Abstract :
In this paper, CPDP350 using pulsed MIG welding machine, in the two pulse mode, respectively welding current, Arc voltage welding parameters and acquisition welding current and voltage waveforms. Through the current and voltage waveform analysis of different pulse mode parameters on welding and seam welding process of forming, help in the application process to choose a suitable model pulse welding and welding technology developed norms. The results show that DCRP DC, in each mode under the slabs of sheet aluminum alloy welding, By adjusting welding parameters can be controlled and good output pulse shape, achieving droplet stable transition, Weld good shape melting high efficiency, less smog, almost without realizing welding spatter.
