            Abstract : 
According to the standard data mining process, CRISP-DM, the procedure of a customer chum prediction model is discussed thoroughly from the six phases of business understanding, data understanding, data preparation, modeling , evaluation and deployment. In view of the traditional ID3 algorithm insufficiency, one kind of weighting entropy thought is proposed, the ID3 algorithm is improved, then, a model is established by the improvement algorithm.
