Abstract
Transportation risk analysis for chemical agents is an important basis of the safety management and scientific decision making, the application of adjoint method can effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of risk analysis. In the paper, a new risk function is defined based the introduction of penalty function, and then the transportation route length and risk are considered in the new function. Based on the full consideration of population, environment and economic, the quantitative expression of weighting factor (risk sensitivity) is raised through fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP). Finally the solution process of transportation risk is given as an example, and routing decision based on the risk analysis is feasible.
