Recent Microwave Applications to Radar in the U.S.

Microwave hardware developments from several major companies and government laboratories are described that have applications in radar systems currently being developed in the United States. Major trends are evident in the evolution of solid state active array components and integration of multifunctions in a common aperture for ground, airborne and space based tracking and surveillance systems.
