Abstract
If the concerns of multinational teaming are to be beamed on the fabric of organisational culture with any certitude which would lead to identification of certain generic approaches to handling projects in a borderless world, many field reports need to be collected. In the author´s experience of working for such organisations, other concerns of project work related to system integration and the integration of organisational structures have been analysed. Concerns of organisational culture and multinational teaming are, to a certain extent, common to organisational cultures with homogeneous personnel. Yet, at the same time, there is not a total congruence to the concerns of the two set ups. In the latter case, issues of organisational induction and maintenance are quite unique, making project work acquire, in such a context, its own strengths and constraints
