Abstract :
In this paper, we propose and investigate a beam-space time turbo-like coding utilizing the overlap between transmit beams. Since the proposed system resembles partial response coding technique, it can achieve higher coding gain than beam-space time coding systems without overlap. This scheme is a concatenation of a space-time trellis coding and an overlap beam-space time PR coding.
