Abstract :
A new circuit structure of the high IF Doppler radar is raised in this paper. It employs the leaked Lo power of the balanced mixer to generate the reference signal, and a four-port circulator is used to combine all the other components together. Not only the advantage of high sensitivity of the high IF schemes remains, but also the structure is simplified and miniaturization is realized. The analysis of the system noise is also presented.
