Abstract :
This paper describes an intersecting coding scheme (ε : M→ (F2m-1)n, D1, D2) where ε is an encoding function and D1 and D2 are decoding functions. This paper shows that its application to broadcast channels and it can be verified that users will always be able to recover the transmitted messages if and only if there exists an intersecting coding scheme. An explicit code construction and systematic encoding procedures are also discussed.
